We believe in empowering women through programming created by women. With over 40 weightlifting plans tailored to various training styles, including a glute-biased plan and a program specifically for postpartum women, you'll find the perfect fit for you.

One of the app's standout features is the Workout Generator. Available to all subscribers, this tool eliminates the need for planning and creates customized daily strength training sessions based on your preferences. Whether you choose to work out at home or in a gym, you'll enjoy a fresh and effective workout with predetermined reps and sets. Need guidance on proper form? Each exercise includes a video with detailed descriptions to ensure you can focus on making progress rather than worrying about technique.
