One of the app's standout features is the Workout Generator. Available to all subscribers, this tool eliminates the need for planning and creates customized daily strength training sessions based on your preferences. Whether you choose to work out at home or in a gym, you'll enjoy a fresh and effective workout with predetermined reps and sets. Need guidance on proper form? Each exercise includes a video with detailed descriptions to ensure you can focus on making progress rather than worrying about technique.

In addition, Sesh Fitness offers special features to keep you on track. Our Macro Calculator provides personalized macro goals that seamlessly align with our weightlifting programs. Daily check-ins allow you to hold yourself accountable and serve as a health journal to track your progress over time. Moreover, our community offers exclusive access to a supportive network of women who can provide assistance when needed or give you that extra push when required.
